EKAPASS sells digital services only — prepaid usage credits and the event registrations, digital passes and messages they power. Nothing physical is shipped.
How delivery happens
- Credits: added to your organizer account instantly upon payment confirmation, with a GST invoice emailed to you.
- Passes & messages: delivered electronically to attendees — on screen, by email, and on WhatsApp/SMS — as your event uses the platform.
If something doesn't arrive
If credits are not visible in your account within 30 minutes of a successful payment, or an expected delivery has not occurred, contact [email protected] with your payment reference — we investigate within 1 business day.
